- Establish recruiting requirements based on company objectives

- Establish rigorous screening process to select for qualified applicants

- Minimum of 3 years experience recruiting in a corporate environment

- Familiarity with HR databases

- Bachelors degree required

- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
